Our approach to professional practice.
Four principles that shape how every engagement is scoped, executed and signed off at the firm.
Partner-led engagements
Every engagement is led by a partner who remains actively involved from planning through completion and final sign-off. Engagement teams work under direct partner oversight, ensuring that key judgements, findings and deliverables receive senior-level attention throughout the assignment.
Adherence to professional standards
Our audit and assurance engagements are conducted in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs) issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and other applicable professional and regulatory requirements. Engagement Quality Reviews are undertaken where required under the applicable standards.
Independence and objectivity
Independence and professional objectivity underpin our approach to every engagement. We evaluate potential conflicts and independence considerations at the outset and maintain appropriate safeguards throughout the engagement, enabling our conclusions and advice to be guided by facts, professional judgement and applicable requirements.
Technical rigour and documentation
Our work is grounded in a disciplined approach to technical analysis and documentation. Significant positions and professional judgements are supported by applicable law, accounting and auditing standards, regulatory guidance and relevant judicial precedents, as appropriate. Engagement documentation is maintained to provide a clear basis for the conclusions reached and the positions taken.
