Kranthi is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 17 years of professional experience advising multinational and Indian businesses on direct tax, transfer pricing, statutory audit and advisory matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Kranthi was associated with the Big 4 firms — Deloitte, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG — for a combined eleven years, including a tenure of over two years as an Associate Director at KPMG.
His practice covers direct tax advisory, compliance and litigation, transfer pricing planning and dispute resolution (including representation in Advance Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures), preparation of BEPS-aligned Master File and Local File documentation, statutory audit and regulatory certifications, GST compliance and advisory, and financial advisory.
He has worked with businesses across Technology (IT and ITES), Pharma, Manufacturing, Automotive and Infrastructure sectors.
